Experienced and dynamic legal practitioners offering high-quality, bilingual advice in North Wales.
We are a modern North Wales law firm built on generations of experience, trusted relationships and a deep commitment to the communities we serve. While the legal profession continues to evolve, our aim remains the same: to provide clear, practical and approachable legal advice with professionalism, integrity and care at the heart of everything we do. We are proud to combine the strength and expertise of a long-established practice with a forward-looking approach that embraces development, innovation and the changing needs of our clients. Whether supporting individuals, families or businesses, we are committed to delivering a personal service, building lasting relationships and maintaining the values of trust, accessibility and community connection that have defined the firm for decades.
Founded in 1958 from the current head office at 25 Stryd yr Eglwys, Llangefni, the firm has grown over more than six decades into one of North Wales’ most established and respected legal practices. From the formation of Emyr Parry & Davies in 1960, through successive generations of leadership and development, the firm has continually evolved while remaining rooted in the values of trusted advice, personal service and commitment to the local community. By 2009 the firm became known as Parry Davies Clwyd-Jones & Lloyd. Over the years, the practice has been further strengthened through partnerships and amalgamations with a number of well-established North Wales firms, including Elwyn Jones & Co of Bangor (established circa 1927) in October 2009, and Ellis Davies & Co of Caernarfon (established circa 1899 and who had previously merged with Emyr Thomas a’i Fab) in 2016. Both those firms shared a proud tradition of public service, with partners serving as Members of Parliament for the area in the early twentieth century, reflecting the firm’s longstanding ties to the communities it continues to serve today.
Further amalgamations with Owens Williams and W R Jones of Amlwch and Benllech, and Gwynfor Jones of Pwllheli, have also helped shape the breadth and strength of the practice over the years. Today, the firm continues to blend heritage with progress, with Lena Rees Davies — daughter of one of the founding partners — serving as Senior Member alongside fellow members Natalie Geal and Euros Clwyd-Jones, who joined in 2020, Dafydd Rhun in 2022, and Sara Tomos in 2024. Together, they lead the firm into the future with a commitment to developing and modernising the practice, while preserving the longstanding relationships, community ties and values that have earned the trust of generations of families and businesses across North Wales.
